HCHS Now IB Diploma Programme Authorized!
Hope Christian High School at full throttle as a Pre-K-12 IB World School!
This important milestone came as the IBO notified the school last May 30 that it approved its application for and released its certificate of authorization last June 2, after several months of preparation, training, documentation, and authorization visit.
This significant step came five months after the school was certified to offer the Middle Years Programme for its grades 7-10 students in January of this year.
This makes Hope Christian High School a full-fledged IB Continuum World School, with the Primary Years Programme for its Pre-K to 6 program, having been accredited and authorized in September 2020. HCHS joins a select group of Continuum World Schools in the Philippines to offer three of IB’s Pre-K-12 core programmes.
This authorization opens all of the opportunities for a world class and rigorous IB Diploma Programme to its grades 11-12 students, with all the three curricular and instructional programmes working at full throttle to coordinate and produce future-ready students for the world’s best colleges and universities. Depending on their final grades, our students will be qualified to study in reputable institutions in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Singapore, and other countries.
HCHS is the only Christian Filipino-Chinese K-12 school to offer the full Pre-K-12 International Baccalaureate Programmes.
